Vatican City

More from Italy. This time it’s Vatican City.

Sunny streets of Rome

Just a few more shots from Rome. It was on my list for some time and I finally had a chance to see it last year. This city cannot be overrated when it comes to short city breaks. It really has a lot to offer – plenty of historic sites, great food, sunny weather. What else do you need?

Next time – Vatican.

Trevi Fountain Fact

If you are visiting Rome, you should definitely see the amazing Trevi Fountain – probably one of the most famous fountains in the world. As one of the top Rome attractions, it is packed with tourists every minute of every hour of every day of every year. Planning to visit in the morning? Expect crowds. Planning to visit in the evening? Expect crowds. No matter what, just expect crowds. 🙂

Have a look at the images below. Notice how the building is leaning backwards in the first photograph? While normally not desired in architectural photography, here it makes it appear bigger, more glorious if you like. Oh, and don’t forget to click on the images to see larger versions.

Lenspired blog!

Welcome to my blog where I will post my recent works, pictures from my “voyages” as well as some of the photos that are sitting on my hard drive but I can tell you, they are not enjoying it out there…

To start with I have some shots of Zurich from my last year’s trip to Switzerland. This city was voted as one of the best places to live in many rankings so definitely worth visiting.

Some more photos of this country a bit later…
